  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Raae may offer free shipping on selected orders, promotions, or minimum cart values.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link (AWB number) via SMS/email.
  • You can use this link to track your shipment in real-time.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts.
  • If the delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or non-response, the order may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).

6. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
  • Raae will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided at checkout.

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears tampered or damaged, please:

  • Record a proper unboxing video
  • Ensure the package is opened from start to finish
  • Capture any visible damage clearly
  • Do not accept the package if it is visibly opened or damaged

This will be required for any claims under our return policy.

8. Serviceable Locations

  • Raae ships across India. However, delivery to certain remote locations may take longer than usual.

9. Delays Beyond Control

While we aim to deliver within the promised timeframe, Raae is not liable for delays caused by:
