At Raae, we are committed to delivering high-quality stainless steel jewellery. However, if you receive a damaged product, we are here to assist you through a structured return process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only in cases where the product is received damaged.
  • The customer must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Mandatory Proof Requirement

To process any return request, the following is compulsory:

  • A clear unboxing video showing:
  • The package being opened from start to finish
  • Visible damage to the product
  • Order ID and AWB (tracking number) clearly shown in the video

Note: Without an unboxing video, the return request will not be accepted under any circumstances.

3. Return Process

  • Once your request is approved, you will be required to ship the damaged product back to its original shipping address.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging along with all accessories (if any).

4. Quality Check & Evaluation

  • After the returned item is received, our team will conduct a quality inspection.
  • The evaluation process may take 2–3 business days, subject to operational conditions and availability.

5. Store Credit Policy

  • Raae does not offer refunds to bank accounts or original payment methods.
  • Upon successful verification of the damaged item, store credits equivalent to the product value will be issued.
  • Store credits can be redeemed on the website for future purchases.
  • If the new product value exceeds the store credit amount, the customer must pay the difference.

6. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • No unboxing video provided
  • Damage not clearly visible in the video
  • Request raised after 48 hours of delivery
  • Product shows signs of use, wear, or tampering

7. Final Decision

Raae reserves the right to approve or reject any return request based on the evaluation and submitted proof.
